Ready to fly off to the rest of your life
Building on what you have learned
You send a photo of the empty room
That holds so many vivid memories
That echoes with excited children's voices
That will belong to all new faces next year
You will be missed by everyone there
The way you gave yourself entirely
The way you spoke up advocating for others
The way you pushed for social justice
The future is a promise full of challenges
That you are already competently taking on
And though it is unknown how it all turns out
